Q: What type of computer do I need to use the screensaver?
Q: I am a Mac user. Will your screensaver work on my computer?
A: Our screensavers are currently not Mac compatible, but we will do plan do offer
Mac compatible screensavers in the future if enough people are interested it them. To let
us know that you’re interested, click here.
Q: How do I install the screensaver?
A: Installing the screensaver is as easy as downloading the screensaver file from
the download link in the email you receive and clicking on the setup.exe file.
If you run into any problems, technical support is available via email.
Q: I purchased a screensaver, why hasn’t my screensaver been emailed to me yet?
A: If you ordered your screensaver by credit card, your screensaver download
link is emailed to the email address you have entered in upon ordering.
If you ordered via Pay Pal, your screensaver download link is emailed to the primary
email address you have on file with PayPal at the time of sign up.
For both payment methods, be sure that your email address is up to date and spelled
correctly.
Emails are sent instantly upon payment, but sometimes messages get held up in cyberspace
on their way to your inbox, so please be patient if your download link doesn't arrive
immediately.
If after 24 hours you still have not received your download link please email us using
our contact form. With your customer id number, and product number.
